You can directly order on our website and follow these steps:

- Click on the product you would like to purchase

- Select your style, color or size and select quantity.

- Click Add To Cart.

- From here you can continue to add more items to cart or proceed to check out.

- Check your order in shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

- Fill in your email address and shipping information.

- Click Continue to shipping method.

- Select your shipping method.

- Click Continue to payment method.

- Choose Paypal payment method (even you don't have Paypal account).

- Click Complete order.

- If you have Paypal account, you need to log in.

- If you don't have Paypal account please choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

Once it's all completed we will email you the order confirmation email. Make sure you enter a correct email and shipping address.

We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

We currently accept any major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept payments through PayPal.

We list all the prices in USD (United States Dollar).

Yes, you can. If you don't have Paypal account please choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

Absolutely, we do not store your credit card information on our end. Our credit card payments are processed via Paypal (Paypal.com).

PayPal is an American company operating an online payments system in the majority of countries that support online money transfers, and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders.

When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Additionally, when you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described we will help you to get a full refund.

To apply a discount code, gift card code or applying your rewards points simply go to your cart choose checkout and on the right side of the screen will be the total cost of your order.

Above the subtotal and shipping costs there will be a space where you can enter in your discount code or gift card code as well another space that will show your rewards points available and a button to apply the points to your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to an order after it has been placed. We also cannot combine discounts for an order. Be sure to apply your discounts before you purchase.

For every order you place, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

The common reasons why you don't receive the email are:

- The email address was incorrect

- The inbox is full

- The email went to spam.

If you need help to correct or resend the order confirmation email, please email us at support@bohelic.com and give us your name, email address, and/or some hints so we can look up your order.

You can cancel any order if we haven't shipped the items out yet. We usually ship out the package the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

Email us at support@bohelic.com with order# (e.g. #BOHO123456), email address associated with the order and let us know you would like to cancel.

Bohelic products are handmade by our talented families from the northern of Thailand.

Our pants are made of 100% rayon fabric.

We offer regular size. The majority of our products were designed to be one-size-fits-most as they are either stretchy, come with elastic or adjustable waist, or have lots of leg rooms.

However, we list the measurements individually on each product in the description. Please refer to the size guide page for the measurement guidelines.

To keep your pants in excellent condition, please hand wash cold and hang dry. If you must wash them in the washing machine, make sure that you use the lowest/delicate cycle. You should also wash them separately from other clothes as it will help prevent tangling and tearing. Washing them in a laundry mesh bag will also protect them from getting damaged.

Once you've clicked through to secure checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

USA: 2–8 Days after shipping

International: 5–20 Days after shipping

All products are ship from our USA warehouse.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Just enter your order information on the track order page to see your order status.

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system. For international orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

If you added a wrong shipping address or need to change the address, please email support@bohelic.com with your order number or email address associated the order.

The address can be changed/corrected if we haven't shipped the items out yet. We mostly ship the items out the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, contact our customer service team for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.

Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

The refund policy may be nullified or extended due to random events such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or postal worker labor disputes that may impact various delivery locations.

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item.
